Working With Community Internet Advisory

Building independent, board-focused education — thoughtfully and deliberately.

What This Is

Community Internet Advisory is an education-first platform focused on helping HOA and condominium boards make informed, defensible broadband and technology decisions.

We are not a traditional consulting firm, vendor, or management company. Our work centers on governance clarity, decision frameworks, and board-level education — not implementation, negotiation, or sales as a primary or default service.

Current Opportunities

We are not actively hiring at this time.

Instead, we are intentionally building a small network of aligned professionals who may be interested in future opportunities as the platform evolves.

How We Expect to Grow

Community Internet Advisory is designed to scale slowly and intentionally. As demand and complexity increase, future opportunities may include:

Growth decisions are made carefully, with a focus on independence, local context, and maintaining clear professional boundaries.

A Note for Community Association Managers (CAMs)

Many CAMs bring deep practical insight into how boards actually function — where decisions stall, where misunderstandings arise, and where governance breaks down.

Over time, some CAMs find they are more drawn to education, documentation, and helping boards think clearly than to day-to-day operational management.

While Community Internet Advisory is not a career transition program, we recognize that experienced CAMs may be well-suited to future contributor or educational roles as the platform matures.

From time to time, we may also invite experienced CAMs to submit independent, educational articles or perspectives for publication — focused on governance lessons, board communication, or decision frameworks.

Contributions are voluntary, non-commercial, and intended solely for peer education.

Who Typically Aligns Well

People who tend to align well with our work often have experience in:

We place a high value on judgment, clarity, and restraint over speed or scale.
