Optional, Time-Limited Service

ISP Build Coordination & Resident Communication Support

Once an internet provider is selected and a contract is signed, many associations find the most challenging phase is implementation — coordinating with the provider, interpreting technical timelines, and communicating clearly with residents.

Support When You Need It Most

For self-managed boards or associations without a CAM, we offer optional build-phase support focused on coordination and communication, not decision-making.

This service may include:

  • Acting as a liaison between the board and the internet provider
  • Translating technical schedules and construction updates
  • Drafting resident communications and FAQs
  • Helping boards anticipate and address common build-phase issues
